To return any unwanted items back to Golfino, please use our returns portal:

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items returned to our warehouse. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
If your item is faulty, please contact our Aftersales team in the first instance, we do not accept faulty returns prior to assessment by our Aftersales team - Aftersales@golfino.com / the 'Contact Us' Form located on the home page of the Help Centre.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unused and in the original condition with all tags/stickers attached.
Unwanted items will be accepted back within 30 days of receipt.
We will contact you once the item(s) have been received back to advise that the refund has been completed.
